It, perhaps, my top. - Once again a problem of such volume to me to not lift any more.

The basic results

Any model of blast furnace process bases on system of chemical reactions. The system chosen me Reactions.jpg (194545 bytes)
Before it was possible to calculate numerical values of speeds of reactions, it was necessary to find the coordinated initial data and to make material balance with ABSOLUTE accuracy. Here is how it is made

The coordinated data and speeds of chemical reactions allow to make thermal balance

All this was the static model of a blast furnace. But the offered equations of calculation have allowed to proceed to dynamic model. And results of comparison of model (green color) with real three day of job of the real furnace (red color)
